Meet Jess

I'm a former competitive swimmer & coach/ex-digital media professional who, like many women, once believed that being fit meant being as small as possible and doing endless cardio. During COVID, I found myself in the worst shape of my life, 60 lbs heavier and relatively sedentary. I realized that if I wanted to make healthy, sustainable changes, I couldn’t continue to approach exercise as I had in the past. That turning point led me to shift my focus toward strength—on what my body COULD do rather than how it looked. That perspective transformed my approach to fitness and my relationship with my body.
Today, I’m a NASM CPT/CES who is deeply passionate about helping women discover their strength and experience the confidence that comes with it. As we age, building and maintaining muscle becomes increasingly important. Strength training is one of the most effective ways to prevent osteoporosis and maintain an active, independent lifestyle. It’s never too late to become the strongest version of yourself.
